Sioux City & Iowa get kudos from Education Secretary Duncan
 Arne Duncan in Iowa Sioux City and Iowa were the subject of a guest editorial in the Sioux City Journal by Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Senator Tom Harkin. Iowa and the Sioux City School district were praised for their work in bullying and Sioux City was thanked for their leadership in allowing a story in “Bully” to be filmed in the district.
